Mz. Hilton spent her birthday looking like this.....

Please tell me that her stylist didn't let her go out looking like this? Her make-up is melting and whatever happened to her chest truly looks un-appetizing. Again, I just don't understand with the dough they make how they can end up looking like this in public. If I had those marks on my chest, I definitely would have worn something that covers them up! Don't they have any common sense? Oh, I forgot I was talkin' about Paris Hilton.
