Nicole Richie a No Show?

Lionel's date this evening was suppose to be Nicole Richie. However, due to a photo shoot? she backed out. Instead he brought his 2 other babies.

However, Hilary Duff did walk the Red Carpet...is this the reason that Nicole backed out?? Just asking.
