Joe Pesci VS. Robbie Williams, Who Do You Think Won?

Actor Joe Pesci threatened Robbie Williams with a golf club after one of the singer's friends blocked Pesci's driveway. According to tabloid reports, the 'Goodfellas' star is said to have become enraged after one of Robbie's friends parked their car in his driveway when he couldn't find space on the street. Robbie and Pesci are neighbours, in the Hollywood Hills. A source told the Mirror newspaper that after noticing the car, Pesci grabbed a golf club and approached the ''Angels' singer: "Which one of you mother***kers blocked my drive?" the actor shouted, says the source. "If you don't move in 30 seconds, I'm gonna smash your windscreen." The source continues: "At first, Robbie stood there smirking when Pesci bounded over waving a club. But he quickly realised the seriousness of the situation and ordered his pals to move their cars. "Robbie has never had any sort of dispute with his neighbours before and has now given his friends strict instructions to steer clear of Pesci's driveway."

The 'Angels' singer - who was reportedly left "terrified" by the actor's angry outburst after his friends blocked the actor's drive - has tried to heal the rift with the lavish gift. A source said: "Robbie moved to Los Angeles for a peaceful life and the thought of having a dispute with the neighbours doesn't appeal to him. He decided to splash his cash to show there are no hard feelings." 'Goodfellas' star Joe was enraged when Robbie's friends, who had gone to his Los Angeles home for a soccer match, parked in front of his drive. Joe, famous for playing violent and psychotic gangsters, threatened to start smashing windscreens with a golf club unless they were moved immediately. Robbie parked the brand new Bentley in Joe's driveway as a practical joke. A source revealed: "When Joe saw that his drive was blocked again, he wasn't happy. He rushed down to confront Robbie - but obviously calmed down when he realised that the car was a gift to him." In return, the legendary actor reportedly gave Robbie a box of film props.

Will He Or Won't He?

I've lost count of the number of times a Robbie Williams reunion with Take That has been either on or off. But now a real voice of authority has spoken on Robbie’s behalf and insisted he will work with the boys again — his beloved mum Jan.

Take That’s Jason Orange hinted at a Robbie collaboration when he said this week: “Maybe it’s my romanticism, but I think if we do future albums it’s inevitable Rob will sing with us.” And Jan agrees. She said: “I don’t think Robert has a problem with that. He’s thrilled at how Take That have come back. “On the question of him doing something with them, that will happen. “It would be something he wanted to do. I’m thrilled that out of all the negative stuff that happened in the past there’s now something great happening. Take That were excellent when they were all together and they are excellent now.”

Rehab Wants Robbie's $$$$

Robbie Williams is being sued by the rehab center which he just left. Although the British singer hasn't relapsed and is reportedly still working on his prescription drug addiction in the real world. Williams left the clinic early, and after entering the 'real world' of the L.A. club scene again, said the Cottonwood de Tucson center was "worse than a concentration camp." The treatment center is not impressed with Williams' description. A source from the clinic told Britain's Daily Star Sunday newspaper, "We're one of the most respected rehabs in the world and what this man has said is outrageous. Board members have taken legal advice and have been told they have a defamation case against him. Everyone on staff is backing their action 100 percent." Williams only stayed in the center for a few weeks and since he left, has been spotted leaving nightclubs.

Robbie Williams was looking rather worse for wear as he enjoyed lunch at an LA restaurant. Despite his dishevelled appearance, the singer appeared to be putting his troubles behind him as he shared a joke with friends and enjoyed two cigarettes at once.

Robbie Has A Thing For Swedes

The pretty blonde Robbie Williams was entertaining on his first night out of rehab is a Swedish singer called Lisa Lovbrand. The pair met years ago and bumped into each other by chance at Winston’s nightclub in Los Angeles this week.

Apparently Robbie used a tried and tested chat-up line: “Let’s write some songs together.” Lisa insists the pair are just pals but admits she could fall in love with him because “he’s a sexy man”. She said: “It was a big surprise to see him at the club. “I haven’t seen him for a long time. I’d read he’d gone to rehab, so I had not expected him to show up at Winston’s.

“He seems much stronger now. He was happy and very positive. We’ve known each other for years. We met at a restaurant in LA five or six years ago through some friends. Since then we’ve met over the years at parties. He told me about new songs he’s working on.

Robbie has been out clubbing every night since quitting his rehab programme at an Arizona-based clinic earlier this week.

His mum is staying with him at his LA mansion while he continues treatment as a day patient for his addiction to prescription drugs.

Robbie To Continue Day Treatment In L.A.

Rob’s sister Sally told yesterday how the singer left the clinic because he could not stand the harsh regime there.

She says he is determined to continue his treatment as a day patient back in LA, accompanied by his mum Jan. Sally said: “He felt uncomfortable staying in there so he is going to use another clinic. There is a process they go through and he hasn’t completed all of the steps yet, so he is going to finish the work elsewhere. “I think he is a lot better than he was but obviously he has not completed his course so he needs to continue.

In other Robbie news, a week ago The Sun asked fans to send Robbie some love and boy did the fans comply. His dad, Pete Conway says, "It’s amazing the support he’s received. He’s had sackloads of cards and messages from fans. On Valentine’s Day alone he got 57,000 cards. I don’t know how he’ll get through them all. Next, week I am going to take some more of the messages to him in LA." Pete adds “I speak to Rob every other day. He is fine — tickety boo. I spoke to him two days ago when he was coming out. I wasn’t surprised. He said he wanted to leave and he did.”

Robbie Checks Out Of Rehab

Hours after arriving back from Arizona, he went shopping in Beverly Hills, wearing a bright red V-neck sweater and showing off a new "love" tattoo on his knuckles.

Smoking a cigarette and wearing matching red and white trainers and cap, Robbie Williams chatted to fans and at one point punched his fist in the air.

In the weeks before he went into rehab, Williams is said to have spent days watching TV or reading about himself on the internet. Friends revealed the singer had cut himself off from the world and that he was getting through 36 double espresso coffees, 60 Silk Cut cigarettes and around 20 cans of the energy drink Red Bull every day.

The sad thing is that he was seen out and about later that night clubbing.

Robbie Enters Rehab

British pop star Robbie Williams has been admitted to a rehabilitation center in the United States where he will undergo treatment for prescription drug addiction, his agent said on Tuesday. Williams, who celebrates his 33rd birthday on Tuesday, is one of Europe's most successful entertainers who rose to fame as a member of the hit boy band Take That before forging a successful solo career in the past decade.

Here's one of my favorite Robbie songs, he might just need an Angel while he is in rehab!
