Jennifer Aniston & Jake Gyllenhaal were at the GLAAD awards last evening. Jakey-poo presented Jennifer with the Vanguard Award which is given to a person which has helped to spread gay awareness. Does anybody know what exactly Jennifer has done to help spread awareness? If you know, let me know!
